We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, guest experience obsessed
Reception and Reservations Manager to join our new Zuma Restaurant in Cannes.

Someone who is a confident leader & who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will guide our reception and reservations team to successes, whilst building lasting connections with our guests.

The Requirements

Previous experience in a similar highend, highvolume restaurant as a Reception and Reservations Manager or higher
Proven ability to lead and inspire the team
Knowledge of the SevenRooms Reservation System is required
A passion for people and delivering exceptional and memorable guest experiences
The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow yourself and your team
An engaged and collaborative leader
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deal with any challenges that may arise
Ability to multitask, is flexible and agile
Consistently performs at ones best and drives the team to do so
Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
This role demands outstanding customer service skills, balanced with an informal approach and welcoming personality

Zuma Cannes

The latest addition to our international portfolio and our first restaurant in France, Zuma is coming to the French Riviera in summer 2024._
Situated within the emblematic Palm Beach, a historical building first inaugurated in 1929, Zuma Cannes will be a standalone restaurant open all yearround serving Zuma's signature menu on the Côte d'Azur._
Zuma Cannes will feature a full restaurant, spacious terrace with retractable sails, a sushi and robata counter, a large private dining room, various spaces for parties and events for up to 400 people, and an indoor and outdoor bar with DJs playing relaxed beats._
