Description

The Buyout Fund of Funds activity manages c.€9 billion and is comprised of investments professionals located in Paris, London, Brussels, and Helsinki.

The team is dedicated to investing both in Primary (selecting the best performing buy-out funds in Europe) and Secondary opportunities (LP-led & GP-led transactions).

Missions_

We are currently seeking an Intern to assist our Buy-out Fund of Funds investment team.

The job includes the following missions:

Due diligence processes on primary commitments and secondary transactions, writing of Investment Memorandum, and excel financial modelling
Portfolio monitoring
Development and screening of the pipeline of opportunities
Overall support of the team in daily tasks

Requirements_
Graduated from a leading School or University
Previous experiences in finance (ex: PE, M&A, Transaction Services, Audit)
Professional fluency in English is a must, good command of other European languages (including French) would be a plus
Should possess common sense, be highly organised and rigorous in his/her work
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office suite skills
Good interpersonal skills
Valid working permit in the European Union
