We're looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to lead the IT France team. This position reports to the Region Infrastructure Manager within the corporate CS&T organization.

THE POSITION

As a member of the CS&T (communication, security, and technology) organisation the primary objective of the Infrastructure Administrator is to facilitate the implementation, maintenance, security, and improvement of existing IT infrastructure, including datacenter, networking, and end-user computing.

This role will involve a high level of attention to deliver current and future projects and migrations across the Manuli group of businesses.

Establish and maintain systems to monitor, evaluate, and report business system effectiveness, service delivery performance and overall customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitor IT infrastructure to address potential issues and risks across the IT environment.
Provide training and support for system software.
Ensure IT procedures for system backups, establishing new user accounts, monitoring file access, IT security, change management etc are strictly adhered to.
Support the delivery of numerous IT projects.
Identify patterns of usage and consistent problem areas for ongoing business improvement.
Effectively manage internal/external resources to ensure that they are utilized effectively to meet Manuli CS&T global objectives.
Prepare appropriate work instructions, checklists, procedures, and build documentation
Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained always and that the appropriate safety regulations and policies are complied with
Any other related tasks as directed by the Manager

YOUR PROFILE

Tertiary education or equivalent experience and at least 69 years' experience
Experience with Microsoft, Azure, VMWare, Active Directory (and LDAP), IIS, Windows server management, Wintel NAS, network ISP mpls infrastructure, Cisco, routing, ipsec VPN
Strong problemsolving Skills
Technical project management skills desirable
Possess strong customer service skills treating all employees with the same courtesy and professionalism. Able to liaise with users at their level of technical competence and to prioritise user needs.
Time management / prioritisation skills ability to work with mínimal supervision.
