Responsabilities:


  • Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Follow up of invoices and financial reports
  • Meetings organization
  • Help on local events
  • Follow up of awards won by Candriam
  • Contracts management (renewals, copyrights...)
  • Goodies and publications stock management
  • Help on presentations

Profile:


  • You are preparing a Bachelor
  • You are comfortable in English and French
  • You have Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and organized
  • You have a team spirit
