Responsabilities:
- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Follow up of invoices and financial reports
- Meetings organization
- Help on local events
- Follow up of awards won by Candriam
- Contracts management (renewals, copyrights...)
- Goodies and publications stock management
- Help on presentations
Profile:
- You are preparing a Bachelor
- You are comfortable in English and French
- You have Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- You are autonomous, rigorous and organized
- You have a team spirit
