Summary- Main
Responsibilities:


Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.


  • Manage bottling activities of existing projects & develop new projects
  • Manage the daytoday activities with third copackers located in Europe
  • Coordinate with platform SnOP, logistic, quality, execution & accounting teams to ensure adequate planning, purchasing & operations to meet customer sales needs at their required timing
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with copackers, suppliers, logistic partners, marketing agencies
  • Stand as a point of contact for external & internal clients located in China & Indonesia
  • Brand & Marketing management
  • Become the brand owner of LDC Juices global brand
  • Prepare the brand marketing & communication plan
  • Follow up & coordinate the execution of the marketing plan
  • Coordinate and develop juice bottling projects in targeted markets
  • Monitor & report the performance of existing LDC Juices downstream subdivision
  • Structure and prepare monthly reporting of the downstream projects to be communicated to the platform management: profitability, volume, quality updates; risks/opportunities
  • Review & analyze project performance & expenses vs budget
  • Prepare budget, roll forecast as well as 5 years business plan
  • Manage the sourcing of raw materials
  • Identify & certify potential suppliers
  • Coordinate supply with production needs
  • Ensure reliability & compliance of the supplier with projects' requirements
  • Participate to ad hoc projects such assessment of new projects, audit of third parties,
  • Assist in product development (new recipes, new packaging,)
  • Whenever needed: participate in conferences/fairs representing the company
  • Ensure compliance of existing and future business with local regulations
  • Experiences 5 years experience
  • Marketing, finance or business development role, with execution of project from development to negotiation and delivery
  • Work in a multinational and multicultural environment


  • Skills

  • Beverage, retail industry, ideally food & beverages
  • Negotiation and execution of trade contracts, supply chain processes
  • Conduction of market study, consumer insight
  • Project management

Languages:

  • English (fluent), French
  • Optional : Italian, Chinese, Portuguese or other language of a targeted market
