The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Reservations Agent.

Key responsibilities:


  • Performs all administrative monitoring of these bookings
  • Ensures a personalized and attentive welcome to all guests
  • Quickly identifies customer needs and is able to offer a suitable solution
  • Participates in our hotel communication, including via customer mailings
  • Interacts positively with all members of the team in order to guarantee the expected service of a luxury establishment, in compliance with Peninsula standards.

General requirements:


  • Teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent both in French and English third language appreciated
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask management
