Job Description:

Essential Functions:

Supervising a facility location based in Nantes
Contract negotiation for providers of services including maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, technology
Supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, engineering, and security
Ensuring that basic facilities (water, gas, electricity and heating), are well maintained.
Managing budgets and fiscal responsibility
Allocating and managing spacesetting in buildings
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental health and security standards
Advising senior leadership on increasing energy efficiency opportunities, mandates and costing scenarios
Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirements- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred- Minimum 10 years industry experience in facility management or support
