Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Supervising a facility location based in Nantes
  • Contract negotiation for providers of services including maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, technology
  • Supervising multidisciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, engineering, and security
  • Ensuring that basic facilities (water, gas, electricity and heating), are well maintained.
  • Managing budgets and fiscal responsibility
  • Allocating and managing spacesetting in buildings
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental health and security standards
  • Advising senior leadership on increasing energy efficiency opportunities, mandates and costing scenarios
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Requirements/Qualifications:
Job Requirements- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred- Minimum 10 years industry experience in facility management or support
