    Chef de projet (h/f) - Pilotage de la réalisation

    Description de la mission

    Au sein de la Direction Exécutive des systèmes d'information - Direction SI B2C - Lancement d'offres, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet "paramétrage des offres mobiles" au sein du Delivery param. Les drivers forts de l'activité sont :

  • Piloter le paramétrage des offres dans les systèmes hébergeant les catalogues.
  • Respecter le TTD et le TTM des offres
  • Assurer la qualité des offres et de l'expérience client
  • Maîtriser les modèles d'offre et leur évolution

    • La/le chef de projet a pour objectif principal de piloter le paramétrage des offres mobiles RED et SFR issues de la roadmap business en vision omnicanale.

    Il:elle assure la gestion de bout en bout des projets de paramétrage des nouvelles offres (vision catalogue, facturation, activation, parcours de vente), du cadrage à la mise en œuvre jusqu'au suivi post TTM

    A ce titre, il/elle aura à répondre aux missions suivantes :

    1. Assurer la pré étude des besoins d'évolutions d'offres

    Réceptionner les besoins du marketing SFR et RED

    Analyser et challenger la demande afin de trouver la meilleure adéquation entre le besoin métier et les mécaniques d'offres offertes.

    Proposer les solutions de paramétrage les plus agiles (pour assurer les « Time To Market » les plus courts) et les moins coûteuses.

    2. Piloter la production des offres

    Modéliser les offres et piloter le fournisseur en charge de la conception.

    Challenger les solutions de conceptions.

    Implémenter les offres dans le modèle BIOS au travers d'un dossier d'offres.

    Contrôler la productivité et la qualité de la chaîne de production (traitement et suivi d'incidents).

    3. Vérifier la conformité de la promesse client

    Mener les campagnes de recette (de la stratégie de recette à l'exécution des campagnes)

    4. En lien avec son manager, optimiser l'activité dans une démarche d'amélioration continue

    Proposer et spécifier les outils de paramétrage et/ou adaptation de process

    Accompagner la transformation du SI Offre

    Profil

    Chef de projet avec une expérience dans la conduite de projets transverses et/ou complexes en MOA / MOE informatique.

    La connaissance des offres Télécom ou des parcours de vente serait un atout significatif et différenciant.

    De formation Bac + 5, Ecole de Commerce - Ecole d'Ingénieur - ou équivalent

    Rigueur, curiosité, bon sens relationnel, proactivité, organisation
