Scope

Ingenico is looking for a PPaaS API and Integration Product Manager to manage new implementations and/or enhancements for our quickly growing portfolio of ecosystem services from POS to cloud.

The API integration and Integration Product Manager mission is to ensure our API are in the best to shape to support the scale of PPaaS ecosystem.

You will have a transversal role mainly supporting the Ecosystem Product team activities at a technical consultancy level,but also other act as the Subject Matter Expert for other key initiatives like our Retail APIs (allowing ECR and POS provider to integrate with PPaaS).

Your mission is to support the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements for the API products, lead the design process and deliverables.

You communicate the expectation of developers in terms of APIs and ensure they get delivered.

You will work with Ingenico's largest partners to design, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical solutions.

As API and Integration PM, you will report into the Head of API and devlopper experience and you will need to work closely with different teams globally, such as Partnership, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product and Marketing in order to provide an exceptional client experience when going live.

The ability to foster cross-team collaboration and individual curiosity will also be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Serve as the chief technical lead for our ISV, Service Provider and partners during their integration and design the related API products for the PPaaS platform
Own PPaaS retail API product roadmap allowing ECR and POS Software providers to inegrate with PPaaS
Create product requirements of PPaaS Reverse API for the new services.
Become a key source of knowledge on the PPaaS Platform, its APIs, the underlying technology stack, and industrystandard integration methods and best
Contribute to solution engineering effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrange issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
Provide detailed API product specifications for proposed solutions including scope, cost estimates, and milestone planning by studying all related client documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
Create practical demonstrations and deliver impactful PoCs of proposed solutions, and present them to prospect clients and partners in order to build confidence with clients regarding PPaaS instore and online integration capabilities

Experience / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
8+ years' experience in technology product management, preferably at SaaS companies
Prior 5+ years' experience as a developer
Requires limited supervisory oversight; selfstarter.
Able to take general requirements and develop execution plan.
