Workplace Engineer - Paris - 1+ year contract

Our client, a boutique Information Technology Consultancy, is hiring a Workplace engineer and manager to join their team and help them on multiple different tasks.

You will be responsible for managing software upgrades of workstation components, and more specifically follow up on the software upgrades of the workstation components.

You will also be responsible for providing level 2 and level 3 support to help the in-house teams

Experience around workplace solutions (WorkspaceOne, Active Directory, GPO, remote distribution, scripting, CSP, Registry, EndPoint Security, Windows 10)
Experience in IT production essential (support chain and escalation, ITIL, operational reporting)
4/5 years' higher education in IT with at least 5 years' experience in an office engineering department

This role will be in the Hybrid model and the office will be located in Paris.
