    LIGENTEC is a fast-growing European company with headquarter in Lausanne, Switzerland. Since 2021 we expanded our manufacturing capabilities by creating LIGENTEC France, in the South of Paris. We specialize in the design & manufacturing of Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in high-tech areas such as Quantum Technologies, LiDAR, Space Technologies, and Biosensors.

    LIGENTEC All-Nitride (AN) technology enables our customers to develop their products in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

    To support our continued growth, we are looking for a:

    Planning and Operations Manager (Semiconductor / Photonics)

    Tasks

    • Plan, oversee and ensure on-time delivery of customer engineering and standard production lots
    • Manage the capacity corridor and forecast, plan and schedule wafer runs and manage deviations in close collaboration with the main supplier and our customer success team
    • Continuously optimise lead times and cost in close collaboration with the suppliers.
    • Ensure on-time shipment to internal and external suppliers and customers.
    • Maintain and update the PPS and ERP system, including master data verification, cost calculation and recalculation.
    • Manage and schedule internal resources for tape-out management and wafer level testing.
    • Manage material supply, inventory and procurement of raw materials.
    • Manage and coordinate quality deviations and corrective action implementation with suppliers

    Requirements

    • A degree level (or equivalent) qualification in an engineering or related field with high interest in semiconductor like processes. (Semiconductors, MEMS, Photonics)
    • Highly organised and structured personality with excellent time and project management skills.
    • Profound experience in operational management, production and or supplier management, business process definition, project planning and management; good IT skills; hands on experience with ERP systems.
    • Experience in quality tools, such as 8D, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, etc. is a plus
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Open minded, critical, and innovative. Good problem solver.
    • Working proficiency in English and French
