Job Description:


Key responsibilities:


  • Engage and work in partnership with senior leaders in Commercial, Sales and Marketing
  • Develop effective and innovative talent attraction strategies across multiple European markets
  • Own, drive and contribute to recruitment projects
  • Use data to inform hiring decision and engage stakeholders
  • Be the brand ambassador for Mangopay
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to better understand the hiring needs and deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Qualifications:


  • You have strong experience of hiring top talent into high performing teams
  • You thrive hiring into a high growth, disruptive business ideally in the FinTech/Payments/Product space where speed and agility is more important than perfection
  • You will be highly organised with a flair for keeping multiple plates spinning at once
  • You are passionate about exceptional people and take pride in watching them make an impact
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with using data to inform hiring decisions
  • You are comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • You are a strong and transparent communicator and if you speak multiple languages that's a big plus
  • You will have a collaborative and innovative approach to making sure we hire the best people
  • You'll be a naturally positive person who works well at speed and when under pressure

  • Intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Sourcing project
  • 1st stage with Head of TA focused on core skills and delving into the sourcing project
  • 2nd stage with Chief Growth/Chief Revenue Officers
  • 3rd stage with HR leads
