Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Engage and work in partnership with senior leaders in Commercial, Sales and Marketing
Develop effective and innovative talent attraction strategies across multiple European markets
Own, drive and contribute to recruitment projects
Use data to inform hiring decision and engage stakeholders
Be the brand ambassador for Mangopay
Collaborate with the wider HR team to better understand the hiring needs and deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Qualifications:

You have strong experience of hiring top talent into high performing teams
You thrive hiring into a high growth, disruptive business ideally in the FinTech/Payments/Product space where speed and agility is more important than perfection
You will be highly organised with a flair for keeping multiple plates spinning at once
You are passionate about exceptional people and take pride in watching them make an impact
You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with using data to inform hiring decisions
You are comfortable with change and ambiguity
You are a strong and transparent communicator and if you speak multiple languages that's a big plus
You will have a collaborative and innovative approach to making sure we hire the best people
You'll be a naturally positive person who works well at speed and when under pressure

Hiring process:

Intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
Sourcing project
1st stage with Head of TA focused on core skills and delving into the sourcing project
2nd stage with Chief Growth/Chief Revenue Officers
3rd stage with HR leads
