TTS is recruiting a Global Solution Sales Manager with extended country sales leadership responsibility in France.


What you'll be doing:


As Country Sales Leader, you will have responsibility for driving the execution of the Citi TTS sales strategy in France.

Additionally, and as a Global Solution Sales (GSS) Manager, you will have responsibility for growing trusted relationships with a select and strategic portfolio of clients by originating and designing transaction banking solutions leveraging the full suite of TTS cash management, ecommerce and working capital products globally.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership and execution of the TTS Sales Strategy in France in delivering on ambitious growth targets, working with TTS sales teams locally and regionally including partners in BCMA & GSG.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and partnership in winning client mindshare and establishing Trusted Advisor status with strategic clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Corporate and Public Sector client base in France in preserving 'Trusted Advisor' status with clients and in advocating for our France based clients across the Citi network.
  • Grow revenue and maximize wallet share at country level and for a defined individual portfolio of strategic clients by originating and designing cash, ecommerce and working capital opportunities across the 95 countries in which Citi serves clients.
  • Drive growth by working with TTS teams and banking partners to proactively identify new opportunities for existing clients and acquire new relationships within the target market.
  • Deliver on key performance metrics to include origination, client calling activities, wins, pipeline, and revenue growth for allocated client portfolio whilst tracking broadly across the client base as part of country leadership responsibilities.
  • Ensure consistent and professional delivery of all TTS sales management disciplines including account planning, budgeting, call reporting and pipeline management
  • Represent TTS France as appropriate in relevant client and industry events locally and regionally as required.
  • Provide monthly updates to TTS Seniors and Coverage Partners on key Sales Metrics as well as areas for improved cooperation
  • Actively leverage and promote relevant tools for management reporting available within Citi
  • Lead complex and multiproduct opportunities through local or regional deal review processes, proactively communicating significant opportunities for France and highlighting core opportunity potential
  • Provide relevant contributions to marketing material for Corporate and Public Sector clients in France, leveraging country dynamics, regional industry themes, regulatory changes, and customized solution packages
  • Contribute to reducing TTS revenue attrition and accelerating revenue ramp up processes to ensure optimal revenue retention and growth
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Requirements:


  • Solid and demonstrable experience in transactional banking sales and coverage experience, advisory or collaboration
  • Proven track record of successful origination, sales or advisory with senior corporate Treasury professionals and / or other Finance, Procurement and buying centres.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge in transaction banking solutions across cash management, trade, and card solutions.
  • French and English language skills essential
  • Experience of assuming an informal/formal leadership role with internal and external teams.
  • Experience with a geographically dispersed and complex matrix organization desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Corporate and Public Sector environment in France advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a highly effective team leader and change manager/agent
  • Experience with presentation standards, RFPresponses, proposals, persuasive marketing, and followthrough
