En tant que stagiaire Compétitivité - support finance, votre rôle principal sera de soutenir le développement de méthodes et d'outils financiers.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre Partenaire d'affaires financier compétitivité pour construire et normaliser les processus et les outils.

Vos missions et responsabilités

Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vos principales activités consisteront à soutenir la transformation de l'équipe compétitivité, et notamment :

• Contribuer à définir des méthodes de travail allégées et normalisées au sein de l'équipe ;
• Créer des gabarits, automatiser la consolidation des fichiers et assurer la cohérence des données par des contrôles de qualité ;
• Contribuer à la simplification des outils financiers (calcul du coût unitaire des ventes), construire des modèles statistiques pour l'évaluation des projets ;
• Participer et contribuer aux réunions et ateliers de gouvernance de l'équipe ;xx
• Leadership proactif dans la résolution des problèmes, le suivi des actions, la coordination et la communication.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• La cartographie des processus et la rédaction ;
• Méthodologie de résolution de problèmes ;
• La pensée critique et rationnelle ;
• Communiquer, influencer et mobiliser les autres ;
• Gérer des projets dans un environnement changeant.

Compétences et qualifications souhaitées

Êtes-vous actuellement étudiant.e à temps plein en vue de l'obtention d'un diplôme universitaire (ou équivalent) en ingénierie, en finance, en informatique ou dans une discipline connexe ?

Durant vos études et expériences précédentes, vous avez développé les compétences suivantes :

• A l'aise dans l'environnement Google Suite ;
• Expérience des langages de programmation : Javascript, Python ou SQL ;
• Haut niveau d'autonomie et de dynamisme (vous serez toutefois soutenu par un.e du département) ;
• Créativité et capacité à sortir des sentiers battus ;
• Bonnes aptitudes à la communication, ouverture d'esprit et attitude proactive.
• Compétences linguistiques attendues :
  • Anglais : Avancé
  • Français : Avancé

As a Competitiveness - Financial support intern, your primary role will be to support the development of Financial Methods & Tools.

You will be working closely with our Competitiveness Financial Business Partner to build and standardize processes and tools.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your tutor will help you to identify your career objectives and support you in developing your skills.

Your main activities will support competitiveness team transformation through:

• Contribute to define leaner, standardized ways of working across the team;
• Create templates, automate file consolidation and ensure data consistency through quality checks;
• Contribute to financial tools simplification (calculation of Unit Cost of Sales), building statistical models for project valuation;
• Participate in and contribute to team governance meetings and workshops;
• Proactive leadership in problem resolution, tracking of actions, coordination and communication.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

• process mapping and writing;
• problem-solving methodology;
• critical and rational thinking;
• communicate, influence and mobilize others;
• manage projects in a changing environment.

Desired skills and qualifications
