Missions et responsabilités
The marketing operations manager is the glue that holds everyone together. Reflective, analytical, strong, strategic and strong adhesive creating communication bonds that last a lifetime.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and will be working closely with the external communications counterpart (Content Marketing Manager) to develop leads for the company.

Charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals, the incumbent will also be the eyes, ears, and voice of the organization.

They will be responsible for ensuring the brand is correctly utilized within the company and without. Communication must be transparent, visually elegant, technically detailed, and use a multi-channel approach.

In addition to creating an engagement program internally the marketing operations manager will work in conjunction with the other members of the marcom team to develop coherent and measurable - internal and external - marcom strategies.

Profil recherché Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related area within Manufacturing

7 years' experience in marketing or related field
Strong Analytical Skills
Statistical and Financial Analysis
Project Management experience
Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree
