**Logistics Assistant, internship - France**

This is a 12 month internship (min 3 days per week in the company)

Location: Créteil, Île-de-France, France

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor

An exciting opportunity, due to growth, is now available within our ambitious logistics department. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Logistics Trainee to develop their knowledge and to support and organise the business.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in stock management and information flow management
- Participate in the monthly and half-yearly inventory control (DEMO manager reconciliations)
- Participate in the various tasks of the company's logistics department through the use of ERP/CRM software and daily communication with field and workshop staff
- Participation in external interface steering

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Logistics training (minimum Bachelor's level preparation)
- Motivated, dynamic and rigorous
- Autonomous and versatile, you have a good capacity for anticipation through your reactivity
- Mastery of computer and office automation tools
- Fluent in French with professional business English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in France without the need for company sponsorship

Une opportunité passionnante, due à la croissance, est maintenant disponible au sein de notre ambitieux département logistique. Nous recherchons un stagiaire en logistique passionné et énergique pour développer ses connaissances et pour soutenir et organiser l'entreprise.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Participer à la gestion des stocks et des flux d'information
- Participer au contrôle mensuel et semestriel des stocks (réconciliations DEMO manager)
- Participer aux différentes tâches du service logistique de l'entreprise par l'utilisation du logiciel ERP/CRM et la communication quotidienne avec le personnel de terrain et d'atelier.
- Participation au pilotage des interfaces externes

**Que recherchons-nous chez vous ?**
- Formation en logistique (préparation au niveau bachelor au minimum)
- Motivé, dynamique et rigoureux
- Autonome et polyvalent, vous avez une bonne capacité d'anticipation par votre réactivité
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel des affaires, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Capacité à travailler en France sans avoir besoin d'un parrainage de l'entreprise.
