Role Overview

We are looking for:

A trainee to be part of the Procurement team which ensures Solvay has a sustainable competitive advantage by purchasing products and services through global networks at the best global market conditions.

We count on you for:

Analysis of the needs from the different Solvay industrial plants (contracts to be updated, to be created)
Analysis of the supplier landscape (new entrants, existing suppliers, product & service offering of the suppliers)
Tenders and contracting Contract implementation (followup of KPI's, suppliers evaluation)
Updating of Procurement databases

You will bring:

MBA in Procurement or Commercial domain
Procurement or finance knowledge
Fluent in English
French would be a plus
Informatics (SAP, MS Office or Google tools)
Autonomous & proactive
Communication skills written and verbal public speaking skills
Curious and open minded
