Your Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the company's integration and customer support activity (including all projects entrusted by customers),
Manage a team of 10 consultants (project manager, functional consultants, support consultant),
Manage the resource planning and the optimal allocation of resources to enable efficient service delivery,
Attend Project Steering Committees if necessary and ensure the proper monitoring of Crosstalent's contractual commitments,
Manage the assignment profitability and customer satisfaction metrics

What You Bring to the Table:

You have a degree in engineering/ management, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
You have experience in integrating Salesforce solutions (one Salesforce certification required)
You enjoy managing a consulting team and facilitating a strong learning environment.
You enjoy working with customers and take pride in supporting them
You are fluent in French and English and have excellent communication skills.
You are well organized, you know how to prioritize tasks, and you get things done.
You feel comfortable working in a remotefirst setup.
