To strengthen our competences, we are looking for Product Managers for our different business lines, "Power Conversion", Power Switching & Monitoring Systems" and "Energy Storage".

You will actively participate in our success by analyzing market trends and needs for the product range you are responsible, contribute to transform them into product solutions and finally manage their lifecycles.

In relation to Strategic Marketing, R&D, Sales and Supply chain teams, your main missions will consist in the following missions:

Analyze the market
Identify growth opportunities and participate to build the roadmap ;
Monitor competition and market trends.
Manage the product marketing plan:
Participate in the communication strategy by contributing to Socomec's visibility towards our targets ;
Define the specifications and mix marketing of new offers, and build the value proposition ;
Participate in the action plan of communication, promotion and training of internal teams and ensure operational support ;
Participate in the improvement of the customer journey.
Ensure the marketing followup of the range evolution projects;
Define and pilot turnover and margin targets.

Profil requis:

Ideally graduated from an engineering education (electrical, electronics...), you have a significant marketing experience in an industrial environment close to the low-voltage electricity sector.

Customer-oriented and creative, you have strong listening skills and abilities to conceptualize ideas.

You will benefit from a complete training path based on your skills and experience.

Your interest in the electrical sector, in renewable energy and IoT will be a strong asset to your professional development within the Group.

Fluent English is mandatory and international business trips are expected up to 20% of the time.

Position based in Benfeld (near Strasbourg).
