What You'll Do:


Reporting to Criteo's SVP, Strategic Finance and Sales Operations, the Corporate FP&A Director is in charge of coordinating the monitoring, analysis and forecast of the company's financial performance.

The role includes management of four Analysts and close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners across regions and functions.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate Financial Planning Process at corporate level, in close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners across regions and functions, and provide valuable insights on business performance indicators.
  • Lead and grow a team of FP&A talented analysts
  • Coordinate annual guided bottomup Plan, quarterly reforecasts and support to external guidance.
  • Support CFO through corporate guidelines and processes and facilitate their rollout across the organization.
  • Analyze bottomup from regions and functions, identify gaps and recommend gap closing options to SVP SFSO.
  • Prepare top quality presentations for Executive Committee and Board of Directors with qualitative insights on business performance.
  • Own reporting of financial results and monitoring of KPIs
  • Coordinate monthly variance analysis in close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners across regions and functions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy on revenue and operating expenses. Analyze root causes of unexpected variances and lead continuous improvement effort of forecasting capability.
  • Track and analyze a set of operational KPIs on a monthly basis, maintain their definitions and adoption at field level, deliver qualitative insights
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and BI in coordination with FP&A network and reporting teams.
  • Support the VP of Investor Relations in preparing quarterly earnings release, through ad hoc analyses.

Who You Are:


  • Extensive professional experience with significant exposure to corporate FP&A matters in a listed environment. Consulting/external audit experience would be a plus but is not a must have.
  • Demonstrates leadership and strong business acumen
  • Strong integrity, organizational and analytical skills
  • Overachiever, used to coping with challenging projects, adapting to changing environment, under high pressure, short timings and in full autonomy
  • Experience of Team management
  • Ability to drive change and build vision
  • Team Player, international experience with proven ability to work with people from different cultures
  • High interest for growing in Criteo FP&A organization (long term career goal: CFO), international mobility is a plus
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
