Description
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager for our client Genoblois, major player in the energy sector.

Following are the main responsibilities of the deputy PMO:
Support the PMO in the communication and interface with Client, team & management,
Support the animation of the meeting with the Client and main partners for progress demonstration and reporting,

Manage project Quality and HSE through ensuring that Quality and HSE processes are in place and that associated data & documentation are collected timely and register.

Responsible for following and gathering of relevant project data including the one provided by our partners and produce information to be presented for review by the client and SE's management.

Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process. The PMO support will provide status updates and identify and resolve issues.


Tools & process:

A value-driven deputy PMO giving visibility on progress. So, it is critical to have knowledge of tools with all required functionalities to help the project deliver.

  • High skilled in WBS (work breakdown structure) management,
  • Schedule tools: Microsoft project or Primavera,
  • Documentation management system: Aconex, DMS (Process Automation SharePoint),
  • High skills in Suite Microsoft office online: Microsoft project online, Power BI, SharePoint, power Automate, Teams (action plan, calendar, collaboration to improve productivity and responsiveness),
  • Knowledge in SAP/Bridge and financial reporting tools,
  • Experience in earn value management,
  • Skilled in resources planning and allocation,
  • Skilled in SCRUM & Agile project management methodology.

Skills & experience:


  • Autonomous to work on his/her perimeter,
  • Skilled for negotiation with suppliers,
  • High skills in Planning / cost / progress, and ability to present to Client,
  • Experience in managing Documentation controller and planner,
  • Skill for expediting suppliers, and people,
  • Skill in multicultural, and multi business (factory, country, client.) perimeters,
  • Skill in contract administration: invoicing, cash collection,
  • Experience Quality Management in factory or site quality or client factory / site acceptance test or equivalent,

Miscellaneous:


  • Fluent in English & French is mandatory
  • Job base in Grenoble area
  • Work with team and client based in several countries: France, Egypt, Slovakia, UK, Indonesia, East Africa,
