Nous recherchons un Coordinateur Ingénierie (H/F) en CDIVous coordonnez les études de conception mécanique et électrotechnique en s'assurant de la conformité avec les besoins du client. Vous encadrez au quotidien les ressources humaines des bureaux d'études Hardware.
Vous proposez des solutions techniques et réalisez les chiffrages d'études pour répondre au cahier des charges
Vous validez les dossiers techniques en prenant en compte les objectifs d'optimisation globale des coûts et d'amélioration continue
Vous définissez les plans de recrutement et de formation afin de répondre aux besoins des projets
Vous veillez à la mise en œuvre et à la bonne application des process, pratiques techniques et normes associées en matière de qualité et de conformité des dossiers ou tâches réalisées par son équipe
Vous apportez son expertise technique et arbitrez, le cas échéant, sur les décisions techniques pendant toute la phase d'exécution de projets
Vous assurez une veille technologique sur les outils, méthodes et techniques liées à ses activités
Diplômé(e) d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur de préférence dans le domaine Mécanique, vous possédez au minimum une expérience confirmée d'au moins dix ans dans un environnement industriel avec des fonctions d'encadrement d'équipe.
