As a Customer Readiness Testing Engineer Intern, you will be able to join highly skilled

EMEA Customer Readiness Testing team in Sophia Antipolis Technical Assistance Centre, in charge of performing tests designed to specifically replicate the customer environment in which the Fortinet products are used.

You will benefit from an extensive training program allowing you to become an expert in your field.

You will be able to develop a strong experience in network security, to show your ability to gather and analyze customer information, to set up complex testing platforms, to define and execute test cases, and to report the test results.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis of the testing requirements (based on an initial analysis of the service request

performed by senior CRT engineers)

Reproduction of customer environments on lab equipment based on previous analysis

of the customer topology from senior CRT engineers

Definition of the test scenario according to the testable requirements
Analysis of the customer traffic pattern and load and configuration of the traffic

simulation accordingly

Execution of test cases and analysis of the test results
Analysis and technical investigation of problems involving all Fortinet products
Followup with R&D departments to resolve product issues
Consolidation of the test results in a test report document
Creation of technical documentation and bulletins to improve internal and external

knowledge base

Develop core competency on Fortinet's product line and technologies

Skills and Attributes Requirements:

Proficient spoken and written English
Good understanding of data networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP, routing and

switching is required

Positive, communicative and customer oriented attitude
Ability to work in multicultural team environment
Work experience with Fortinet or security products an advantage
General knowledge of software testing an advantage
Administrator level working knowledge of Windows, Linux or Unix skills an advantage
Scripting knowledge an advantage
