THE ROLE:


The Chief of Staff of Senior Executive member position at CMA CGM is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to international and challenging projects across the company.

Our Senior Managers therefore need highly organized, adaptable and bright people to handle and support them throughout their day to achieve our ambitious goals.

You'll need to be ready to wear many hats and get involved on a wide variety of strategic projects.

The role is a great stepping stone within the firm for ambitious individuals who want to grow further in various locations worldwide

The Global Experience Network (GEN) is a key department in the Group, with the following responsibilities:
Define and implement the Group's Customer Care Strategy, including eCommerce transformation

Manage the worldwide agency network and be its voice in Head Office

Manage the Group's Global Business Services Centers, and govern agency and GBS processes

Supervise the Group's six Regional Offices


Directly reporting to the Head of the Global Experience Network, you'll need to be ready to wear many hats and get involved on a wide variety of strategic projects.


The role is a great stepping stone within the firm for ambitious individuals who want to grow further in various locations worldwide.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and gather information from various departments and meetings and ensure an accurate and clear reporting, along with recommendations when needed

Prepare notes and presentations to be submitted to the Group Chairman for decision taking

Participate in strategic initiatives by leading them and reporting results back

Organize a calendar and keep track of multiple projects at the same time

Keep up with industry trends to be able to navigate and understand various conversations with ease.

Deploy best practices, new tools or approaches within the department whenever relevant

Execute the business vision operationally

Curate internal and external meetings materials

Work cross functionally to gather momentum and key data to drive projects forwards


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Top academics is a must have

Minimum of 3/4 years experience within an international and challenging environment (ideally dealing with strategic projects).

International mindset and exposure

A real problem solver and troubleshooter

Extremely organized

Strong synthetic skills

An excellent communicator with the ability to work at all level of the organization

Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities

English must be impeccable

Willing to learn and grow within the firm
