As Junior Middle Office Business Analyst you will be responsible for

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with business representatives to understand requirements, scope and acceptance criteria
  • Documents and release internal impact assessment of the change request to the client
  • Obtain appropriate internal and client signoff
  • Escalate risks and issues to Change Management managers
  • Overseeing the implementation of approved process: follow up on solution including technical deployment, testing phases and status
  • Take ownership and initiative, ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with internal and external partners
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
- be effective at planning, monitoring and reviewing
- be able to co-ordinate work carried out by different people and organisations

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance or first experience in asset servicing (12 years)
  • Project management education or experience
  • Languages : French Fluent and English Fluent
  • Previous experience (13 years) in Business Analyst ideally with an asset servicer company
