Description

As part of the after-sales service, you will be in charge of managing a customer portfolio, and will carry out the following tasks:

Vos missions:

Definition, review and control of all customer service targets (e.g. reclamation rate) in coordination with the project leader, including the project leader finance concerned and the overall customer service department
Customer feedbacks (claims) reporting to the product line
Review of technical concepts for service conformity in collaboration with the engineering project leader
Evaluation of the impact of technical solutions on customer service targets (warranty costs, repair, spare parts supply, maintenance concepts, operating instructions, etc.) in collaboration with the engineering project leader
Ensuring and control of customer service targets and requirements while taking into account emission legislation and environmental laws
Closely monitor key performance indicators for the area
Coordinate all customer service objectives for current and future projects
Identify and resolve gaps between targets and reality
Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with the client

Votre profil:

You have both technical and commercial training and skills
You have a solid experience in managing key accounts, ideally in the mechanical industry sector
Ideally you have a good knowledge of internal combustion engines
You have strong project management and business administration skills
You are rigorous and autonomous
You must be fluent in English (B2 minimum)
