As part of the FP&A Team and reporting to the FP&A Director within the Finance Department, you will contribute to
structuring the Group FP&A by automating processes, building KPIs, improving reliability of financial data and becoming a true business partner
for the stakeholders of your assigned Business Units.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monthly business reviews:
- Build and animate the business reviews alongside your team for the main activities of your perimeter, to ensure reliability, compliance with accounting rules, homogeneity, and completeness within the deadlines.
- Prepare summary per Business Unit to be presented to the FP&A Director and/or the BU managing directors.
- Switch from excel to BI tools for Business reviews and consolidate the data in a single environment.
- Help improve the process by working with other stakeholders to fasten the process (Sales & Finance teams especially).
Monthly group reporting:
- Structure and monitor the FP&A inputs from your perimeter towards the monthly closings to ensure reliability, homogeneity, and completeness within the deadlines.
- Understand and help building the rules of allocation towards the P&L of your Business Units.
Budget and reforecast:
- Contribute to the budgeting process by preparing templates, animating budget meetings and adapting to reach deadlines and objectives.
You will also:
- Manage transversal projects, anticipate, organize to meet deadlines and objectives with a dynamic and persistent approach.
- Coordinate to integrate acquisitions and/or new activities in our processes and tools.
- Generate and share roadmaps about projects objectives and deadlines.
- Work on FP&A transverse projects on demand and proactively contribute to the FP&A team's development.
The perfect match
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Audit, or Internal Control with ideally 58 years' experience in an international group or delivering similar services via Big 4 audit firm.
- Advanced Accounting and Excel skills,
- Selfstarter: you take initiatives, and you are intellectually agile, comfortable with creating processes and dashboards from scratch
- Knowledge in Business intelligence & CRM software is highly appreciated.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, everchanging environment.
- Highly motivated and striving for continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Extremely organized with project management skills.
- Ability to be pragmatic, diplomatic and yet persistent in the implementation of controls and resolution of identified control deficiencies.
Fluent in English.
