We now focus on building the world's most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France).
With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.
In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure to shape the future of European mobility.He/She supports the Sustainability manager and LCA expert in delivering sustainability performance projects. The role demands an understanding of sustainability challenges, general regulations and project management. The knowledge of battery value chain or industry is a plus.
Your day-to-day role will involve a range of duties such as:
- Manage projects related to sustainability and certifications
- Providing strategic input on stakeholder engagement on sustainability regulations
- Analysing regulations related to sustainability and provide recommendations on the company position
- Analysing and compiling information from multiple teams to build sustainability reporting
- Highlighting any opportunities to increase the organisation's sustainability credentials
- Support the LCA expert in collecting and analysing data on the life cycle management of battery product, including CO2 emissions
- A range of additional ad hoc duties to support the Sustainability team
- Synthesizing complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
- Working effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and moving people organizations to act
- Communicating effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

Prerequisites:
- 1 to 5 years of experience
- Desire to work in a fastpaced, resultsoriented, multicultural, multidisciplinary environment with a steep learning curve
- Strong people skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate results to team members and clients
- Autonomous and polyvalent on sustainability topics
