- Suivi administratif de plusieurs Fonds de capital investissement de sa constitution à sa liquidation ;
- Collecte des Bulletins de souscription et vérification LAB/KYC ;
- Traitement de l'ensemble des opérations à l'actif et au passif des Fonds (FPCI, FIP, FCPI, SLP etc), suivi du passif en liaison étroite avec le dépositaire ;
- Suivi de la trésorerie des Fonds avec la gestion des appels/distributions aux investisseurs ;
- Préparation des valorisations trimestrielles des Fonds en collaboration avec les équipes du Front office sous le contrôle de l'Evaluateur ;
- Relation avec les commissaires aux comptes, dépositaires ... pour les véhicules gérés par la Société de Gestion ;
- Suivi des opérations courantes et des mouvements du portefeuille avec notamment un rapprochement bancaire permanent ;
- Circularisation périodique des participations (demandes d'attestations, comptes ...) ;
- Préparation et vérification des factures et instructions de virement ;
- Calcul et contrôle du respect des ratios règlementaires et fiscaux ;
- Production des reportings et réponses aux demandes des investisseurs ;
- Saisie et suivi des flux dans notre outil de suivi de positions E-Front.
- Formation bac + 5 de type école de commerce, 3ème cycle universitaire ;
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de fonds de Private Equity (Société de Gestion, Société d'Audit, Dépositaire etc) ;
- Connaissance approfondie du fonctionnement des fonds français de Private Equity ;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel indispensable (à l'oral comme à l'écrit) ;
- Pack Office et plus particulièrement Microsoft Excel ;
- Aisance rédactionnelle, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Autonome, dynamique, curieux, réactif, organisé et rigoureux ;
- Adaptabilité et flexibilité ;
- La connaissance d'E-Front serait un plus.
