- Assurer la formation initiale des nouveaux arrivants,
- Organiser des sessions d'écoute partagée et des ateliers d'écoute téléphonique,
- Assurer le développement des compétences des commerciaux par le biais de formations, ateliers, webinaires, et en veillant à l'application des normes de communication et de gestion,
- Identifier les besoins en formation supplémentaire,
- Contribuer à la création des programmes de formation (initiale et continue) en collaboration avec les équipes RH,
- Concevoir des argumentaires de vente mettant en avant les avantages pour les clients,
- Élaborer des supports de formation et des outils à forte valeur ajoutée pour améliorer les performances des équipes de vente sédentaire.
- Avec une formation commerciale, vous avez une expérience dans la vente B2B et idéalement dans le coaching et la formation d'équipe,
- Vous êtes reconnu pour vos extraordinaires compétences en communication , en création de contenu pédagogique, et en suivi des collaborateurs,
- Vous êtes à l'écoute et capable d' identifier les besoins de vos interlocuteurs,
- Vous avez une approche pédagogique méthodique.
- Un premier entretien de 20 min (téléphonique ou Teams) avec le recruteur pour présenter le poste et comprendre votre projet professionnel,
- Un entretien technique pour discuter en détail du poste et rencontrer votre futur responsable,
- Une dernière entrevue avec les RH pour mieux vous connaître et vous familiariser avec Cegid.
