What you will do;


As a Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner for France, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to identify, attract and hire top talent for Stryker France.

This is a full-cycle recruitment role within our Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (COE), focussing on our Commercial (Sales & Marketing) functions in France and occasionally supporting the wider Commercial team in Benelux, The Nordics, Spain and Italy.

Business level English and French are required. Additional European languages are an advantage.


Recruiting

  • Full cycle recruitment responsibilities from initial Intake Meeting with the Hiring Manager through to presenting offers and initiating contract creation & onboarding activities via HR colleagues.
  • Facilitate Intake Meetings with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, devise and implement effective internal & external sourcing strategies and agree the interview & selection approach for the role.
  • Manage requisition lifecycle in ATS (Workday) with high accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity.

Advising & Leading

  • Engage and influence stakeholders using data, storytelling and coaching to advise and guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to Stryker's Social Media efforts and positively promote Stryker's Employer brand.

Innovate

  • Keep abreast of recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and share best practices.
  • Participate in projects, implement and embrace change and help improve the overall Talent Acquisition function.

What you need

  • Business level English and French. Other European languages would be a bonus
  • 6+ years of work experience required
  • Significant experience in Recruitment or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Commercial Recruiting experience would be advantageous
