- Vous réalisez les calculs, dossiers et fiches techniques sur votre périmètre
- Vous participez aux expertises techniques : vous pouvez participer aux réunions de chantiers, aux audits, contacts clients, préparez les dossiers en cas de contentieux/réclamations...
- Vous assurez la promotion technique des activités de la structure
- Vous vous assurez de la connaissance technique des produits et méthodes par les collaborateurs
- Vous assurez le développement des compétences techniques des équipes et capitalisez les retours d'expérience : vous veillez à la formation des techniciens si évolution des normes d'essai et réglementations,
- Vous pouvez participer à des projets innovants au niveau Groupe
- Vous managez les équipes techniques : vous organisez, coordonnez et contrôlez les travaux réalisés dans chaque domaine spécifique (calculs, formulations, contrôle qualité)
- De formation Bac +5 ou plus (Master 2 ou diplôme d'ingénieur ou Doctorat) dans le domaine des matériaux de la construction, avec une spécialisation « matériaux hydrocarbonés ».
- Un minimum de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience est souhaité dans le domaine de la formulation des enrobés, la réalisation d'essais (en laboratoire et sur chantiers), ainsi que dans le management d'équipes et la gestion d'un laboratoire de R&D.
- Esprit d'équipe, capacité d'analyse, esprit critique, adaptabilité, qualité rédactionnelle, bonne communication orale et aisance relationnelle sont vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste.
- Niveau minimal d'anglais requis : B2.
- Permis B obligatoire.

Vous veillez au fonctionnement du Laboratoire ou d'une section en s'assurant du respect des normes, des procédures et de la conformité des résultats des essais.
Vous accompagnez et conseillez les opérationnels en qualité d'expert Technique.
