THE ROLE


As a member of the Group Purchasing Department and reporting to an IT Purchasing Manager, you will participate in dedicated IT negotiations (software, telecoms, hardware, etc.) and in the management of group suppliers.


RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the Indirect Purchasing Department, your main missions are:
Actively participate in the cost reduction and transformation plan, in particular by managing relations with suppliers and implementing areas for improvement with a view to optimizing costs;

Help internal customers express their needs: diagnose requirements and draw up specifications.

Identify qualified players in the supplier market (via RFI or RFP).

Organize and manage consultations, negotiate with suppliers and draw up contracts if necessary.

Verify and ensure implementation of contractual terms and conditions

Anticipate risks of deviations that could have an impact on the cost of services

Contribute to departmental activity reporting.


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Currently studying for a Master's degree in Purchasing, you are fluent in written and spoken English.

You have good interpersonal skills and are able to integrate into a team. You will need to be rigorous and analytical;
You have a good command of the Office pack, and Iideally knowledge of an ERP dedicated to purchasing (e.g.

the ARIBA tool) and a first experience (including work-study or internship) in the field of Purchasing or IT is a plus.
