Events Manager (H/F)

As Events Manager at our hotel, you will be responsible for planning, organising and coordinating a variety of events, from business meetings to lavish weddings.

You will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring that their needs and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.


Main responsibilities:


  • Designing and implementing detailed plans for each event, taking into account clients' preferences and specific needs.
-Coordinate effectively with the various internal teams, including catering, accommodation and technical services, to ensure smooth execution. -Build strong relationships with clients from the outset, understanding their expectations and providing expert advice to create memorable events. -Ensure seamless communication throughout the process, being the main point of contact to answer questions and resolve potential issues. -Working with the various teams to ensure that all necessary resources, whether staff, equipment or space, are available and used efficiently. -Drawing up detailed budgets for each event, considering the costs associated with food, logistics, staff, etc. -Monitor costs throughout the process and ensure accurate and transparent billing to clients. -Providing exceptional service by anticipating customers' needs and ensuring that every detail of the event meets their expectations. -Manage returns effectively and resolve potential issues quickly to ensure total satisfaction. -Manage and lead a team of event staff, ensuring that each member understands their role and contributes to the overall success. -Keeping up to date with the latest events industry trends, innovations and creative ideas to maintain the hotel's competitiveness.

Skills and required experience:

  • Degree in hotel management, event management or related field.
-Significant experience in event planning and management, preferably in the hospitality sector. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service. -Excellent knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the events industry. -B driving licence. -Fluency in French and English imperative.
