DNA Script is actively searching for a Logistic Technician who will be primarily responsible for US Logistics operations including products preparation to build the kits with full traceability and interact with Supply Chain teams to support customer demands.


This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and to have a large impact on developing a technology that will have far-reaching impact across biological sciences.

The position will be US based, in the Daly City, California office.

Tasks


Responsibilities:


  • Participate in production schedule planning, be adherent to the Production Schedule, and escalate issues as needed
  • Utilize ERP (NetSuite) to execute work orders, perform inventory transfers and receive shipments timely and accurately.
  • Process received materials, instrument, and spare parts for inventory accuracy in NetSuite
  • Manage daily shipping and return requests
  • Lead or participate in process improvement projects.
  • Perform instrument packout, uncrating, and inspection to ensure instruments are properly packed, secured, and inspected before shipment and upon arrival.
  • Assemble and pack the kits and consumables
  • Create and maintain accurate records of shipments.
  • Utilize ERP (NetSuite) to execute work orders, perform inventory transfers, receive shipments, and fulfill Sale Orders.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy for laboratory and manufacturing operations
  • Execute tasks under approved SOPs, document production using batch records, and contribute to improving the overall quality of operations
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding instrument shipments, delivery timelines, and any issues that arise during the process.
  • Spare parts Management (reception, storage and shipment)
  • Additional responsibility as needed
  • Able to lift 40lbs.

Requirements:


Experience:


  • Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
  • 13 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience working in laboratory
  • Experience working with ERP system is preferred
  • Experience with laboratory safety procedures and documentation
  • Detail oriented and meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to take/accept new responsibilities and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
