In your first few weeks in this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you can expect to:

Recruit independently
Be the relay of recruitment firms (including some international ones)
Monitor all recruitment trends and best practices
Sourcing knowhow
Knowledge of recruitment methodologies on profiles in tension and senior profiles
Good command of public communication and professional networks
Perseverance, rigor and organisation
