En tant que Conseiller de vente vous proposez un accueil, un accompagnement et de véritables conseils de qualité à notre clientèle composée tant de particuliers que de professionnels tout en participant aux tâches courantes du magasin.
Votre liberté d'action et notre management responsabilisant vous permettront d'être autonome sur l'ensemble de vos missions, comme la satisfaction client (conseil, remboursement, échange, remise, etc.), le suivi de vos stocks, l'implantation de nouvelles gammes, le merchandising, la prospection client ou encore la planification.
Pour donner du sens à votre quotidien, vous pourrez participer à des projets annexes (régionaux ou avec le siège), participer à des events, échanger vos bonnes pratiques, partager vos réussites ou initier des actions RSE.
Intégration et formation :
Votre Manager vous intègrera sur le magasin, et vous formera à nos techniques de vente, nos process, nos produits, la colorimétrie, nos systèmes de fidélité, et à tous nos process de gestion (caisse, livraisons, stocks, etc.). Vous aurez également un accès illimité à notre plateforme e-learning.
