General information - Entity**Jacobs Clean Energy France SAS, a young subsidiary of the Jacobs Group, relies on its experience and expertise in the design, operation, and maintenance of nuclear infrastructures to meet its customers' needs as closely as possible.


Founded in 2013, Jacobs France supports its clients throughout the entire life cycle of a nuclear facility, from construction or licensing support to decommissioning, including support for the operating fleet (modifications, life extension, safety level improvement,...).


With two offices strategically located in Aix-en-Provence and Paris, the company's staff is made up of high-level engineers and managers.

Its rapid growth will enable it to approach 100 employees in France in 2020.

The Project Planner will directly report to the Project Control Manager and support him in his/her duties


Your mains responsabilities:

  • Collaborative working in an integrated Client / Contractor team
  • Responsible for integrating the work pack estimates from the preparations team into the overall project plan while maintaining integrity with the cost system (through interaction with the Cost Specialist)
  • Coordinating with Worksite teams regarding change control and reporting
  • Tracking of Scope changes impacting the schedule in coherence with the configuration/change management system
  • Tracking detailed reasons for delays, and impacts, and proposing solutions, improvements, and lessons learned.
  • Responsible for coordinating with department leads for measuring progress to achieve accurate reporting results
  • Reporting physical progress, highlighting trends to the management team
  • Generation and presentation of project 'Dashboard' reports
  • Develop and Maintain Construction schedule (C-DWS)
  • Carry out analysis of schedule variations
  • Collate updates from worksite teams and contractors
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and report delivery risks and issues to the MOMENTUM management team
  • Carry out resource monitoring and reporting
  • Drive and coach Contractors for their IWP schedule development, update, and reporting, including support on IT tools such as P6, SPF, IDM.

Localization:


  • Town : Saint-PaullezDurance (BouchesduRhône)
  • Engineering degree or equivalence.
  • P6 advanced practitioner
  • Excel advanced practitioner (pivot table, vlookup, sumif, curves)
  • Significant experience in planning and management of major construction projects
  • Able to enhance the reliability of schedule information (realistic forecast, undisputed actuals, clear scope and constraints, relevant assumptions and risks)
  • Meeting management experience (preparation, agenda, reframing debates/digressions, defining actions, taking minutes, tracking actions)
  • Nuclear experience.
  • Language skills: fluent English is a minimum.
