- Familiarity with Revenue Recognition for Technology Companies
- The ability to think creatively and be successful in a dynamic environment while recommending and implementing process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
- Comfortable with numbers, with great attention to detail
- Ability to learn new software easily
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Able to handle highest level confidential information
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity to information
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to adapt to change
- Team player who is willing to help in all areas of the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related, preferred
- 35 years of professional experience
- Experience working for a global company preferred
- Experience working for a hightech/IT/Software company preferred
- Willing to work both in the office as well as at home during normal business hours.

Responsibilities:
Initial responsibilities:
- Set up projects in dedicated system, communicating details to the team members
- Support Project Managers with financial followup of their projects (margin, budget remaining, invoicing schedule,)
- Support the Business Unit monthend process of entering, reviewing and managing timesheets, checking revenue recognition compliance, checking and validating invoices
- Guarantee Business Unit compliance with company financial rules
- Support the Business Unit managers by creating purchase requests and using DocuSign to gather all required signatures for approval
Mid-term responsibilities:
- Perform variance analysis between monthly forecast and actuals
- Support the monthly forecast process
- Support the annual budget preparation for the Business Unit
- Support financial analysis and reporting, using system reports & building financial models
