Your Job:


The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a designated technical support contact and a trusted advisor to internal customer facing teams (Growth & Customer Success) and a selected number of new and established Publishers across EMEA.


The TAM works to deliver and manage resolution of complex services technical challenges with the full context and understanding of the customer's environment, usage trends, and pain points.

TAMs will orchestrate reactive and proactive support across internal Product, Engineerings and Monetization teams as necessary.


To specify

  • Sales Collaboration & Account Management:
  • Work closely with Growth & Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report operational metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Understand customer solutions and contribute to defining technical strategies for new opportunities.
  • Internal & External Technical Touch Point:
  • Serve as primary technical advisor to Publisher resources.
  • Provide guidance and handson support on Sparteo solutions, platform & APIs, and best practices.
  • Participate in workshops, training, and technical advice sessions for publishers.
  • Technical Onboarding:
  • Plan and execute onboarding Technical Setup activities with publishers.
  • Reactive & Proactive Support:
  • Troubleshoot service implementation issues for Growth / CS Teams or publishers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing Viously services usage.
  • Collaboration with Engineering/Product & Documentation:
  • Maintain internal & external knowledge-base of Sparteo services.
  • Communicate feature requests or product issues to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Contribute to team growth and scalability through documentation and process optimization.
  • Create, maintain, and update internal processes.
  • Coach junior Technical Services TAM recruits for faster onboarding and action.

Your profile for this job:


  • You already have experience in integrating solutions in an Adtech environment.
  • You are capable of effectively solving complex technical problems and working proactively to anticipate needs.
  • You have a strong customer orientation, with a commitment to ensuring longterm customer satisfaction and success.
  • You demonstrate autonomy and effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Nativelevel proficiency in French, along with full proficiency in English (B2 level required).
