Astore is our Global Procurement Organization which covers all products & services needed by our clients to address their daily operational needs or one-shot construction or renovation projects.

Its international organization and digital roadmap aim to ease the procurement operations of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.


With more than 7500 clients worldwide and about 2000 external partners, our ambition is to become the first choice for procurement solution for the hospitality sector.

The Procurement organization gathers approximately 200 FTE in 20+ procurement offices including the Global Procurement office.


Job Description:


In the last few years, the Group Procurement has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities, aiming to support the internal teams from sourcing to selling, and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.

The key objective of this role will be to support the local procurement teams with their change management strategies to aid the roll-out and increase the adoption of the procurement tools deployed by the Global Digital Procurement team in the hubs.

Reporting to the Procurement head of change management (digital), you will be acting as a change manager. You will have an in-depth understanding of the Procurement activities and our digital roadmap. You will be working in an international team and with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities will be to:


  • Ease the coordination between the Digital Corporate teams and the local procurement teams to maximize the adoption of our evolving Procurement tools,
  • Support the change management for a successful digital transformation by centrally building, improving and sharing knowledge and processes
Your main missions will be to:


  • Support internal teams in their digital transformation
:


  • Support project and local teams to define their change management plans
  • Provide first level of support during the implementation phase of projects
  • Gather local requirements in terms of business needs and features, and participate in regular prioritization with the product teams
  • Anticipate change management needs by preparing communication and training materials (processes or features) for internal and external stakeholders
  • Update the knowledge bases in accordance with the evolution of the tools / the processes, and lead training sessions
  • Improve processes regarding our platforms to deliver an enhanced experience to end users

  • Asses impacts of process, organizational or product changes, and suggest solutions to mitigate impacts
  • Map new processes, document best practices and help define target roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify pain points and improvements
  • Optimize operational and support processes to improve the efficiency and the delivered quality of service
  • Improve the awareness and adoption of our Astore tools towards our clients and internal teams
  • Ensure global knowledge sharing and continuous training of our internal stakeholders
  • Support the creation of communication materials on our digital Astore ecosystem for our customers and suppliers (onboarding kits, introduction videos)
  • Contribute to the continuous training of our Customer and supplier support team

Qualifications:


  • 3 to 6 years experience in change management and/or project management, with a focus on supporting business teams on their digital transformation
  • Good stakeholder management, with the ability to generate strong engagement and to influence business stakeholders
  • Proactive, take initiative and ownership of the projects, and constantly seek for continuous improvement of processes and quality
  • You have an experience in project management and are eager to work in several topics simultaneously
  • You have very good communication skills, a deep knowledge of PowerPoint and/or any other communication tools
  • Analytical mind and considerable capacity for synthesis. Ability to make decisions and to explore operational issues to find solutions.
  • Fluent English is a must
