The key dimensions of the job are to be the focal point of TTO EHS matters.
Support and collaborate with Test & Commissioning (T&C) team to implement the Test Track Operation (TTO)Roadmap

Key accountabilities:

Support Test Track Facilities Management in achieving EHS results.

Deploy EHS objectives, initiate and develop TTO roadmap in the Test Track Facilities in line with Alstom Strategy.
Support the deployment of EHS action plans to continuously improvement and EHS performance at Track test facility operations.
Give EHS GO/NOGO for external solutions based on previous analysis.
Give EHS GO/NOGO for static and dynamic tests lead by Alstom and performed in third party's premises.
Benchmark best practices of the industry in the field of EHS control of Track test facilities operations.
Has full authority and must stop any kind of activity resulting in an immediate high risk to employees, contractors, partners or visitors or environment.

Lead and animate the network in collaboration with local T& C directors.

Support and coach Site MDs, Test centers managers, serial test managers and site EHS managers in implementing EHS standards related to TTO management.
Support EHS and T&C resources about technical EHS expertise
Animate working groups if needed.

Develop EHS Management system and EHS Standardization.

Contributes to the update and maintain the global EHS TTO Management System in collaboration with T&C team.
Define and build specific EHS TTO standards, rules & instructions applicable within Track test facilities operations based on best practices & Alstom EHS standards.
Define the trainings to be developed for the Test Track Facility employees
Support external testing solution managers in assessing compliance, identifying gaps, defining mitigation plan.

Report, Measure, Review & Manage accreditation.

Define and implement a yearly accreditation program of site test facilities (audit planning, follow'up, accreditation management)
Drive the continuous improvement through the accreditation system
Perform audits and inspections and ensure the required followup.
Establish EHS measurements to support communication and actions.
