Description

Questel is a true end-to-end intellectual property solutions provider to more than 20,000 clients and 1,5M users across 30 countries.

We offer a comprehensive software suite for searching, analysing and managing inventions and IP assets.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to incoming sales inquiries
  • Maintain active engagement with new/existing leads using creative followup tactics designed to increase interest in Questel's solutions
  • Measure, analyze and report on performance of your campaigns to the management
  • Followup on Questel events and communications (webinars, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.)
  • Regularly coordinate with Sales Mangers to facilitate transition for qualified prospects to local sales team for meeting and quotes
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications/Skills:


  • University degree in a related field
  • Experience in marketing or lead generation (experience in SEO or digital inbound lead management is a strong plus)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
