Ankorstore was founded in 2019 to build a platform that enables independent shops and brands to connect and thrive.

As a result, we became a wholesale marketplace that provides the tools these entrepreneurs need to compete against e-commerce giants.


We work with a network of independent retailers all across Europe, including concept stores, design shops, boutiques, fine food stores and other retailers.

Brands retain complete control over which retailers they choose and who they sell to.


We support businesses and local economies, not corporations, employing communities of creative people who value craftsmanship over mass production and mass-market deals.


Only two years after our successful launch, we gathered 300,000 retailers and 30,000 brands across Europe and reached unicorn status with a valuation of €1.75 billion.


In less than three years, we grew to a company of 600+ employees of 45+ nationalities and six offices across five countries (France, the UK, Spain, Italy, and Germany).


About your role:


Within the Ankorstart Sales Ops Team, you work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager & the Sales Performance Manager, and report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager.

Your goal is to help our Sales team, operating in 3 core markets in Europe (France, UK, Germany), become more productive over time so we can scale our operations aggressively in the months to come.


Missions:


Sales enablement

  • Learning platform 360: contribute to the development of the knowledge base of the organization
  • 360 Elearning module calendar to implement, based on identified skills and training requirements.
  • Create training modules based on new or existing Sales Enablement content and own updates, to enable the Sales team and assess training's absorption.
  • Sales team support: think of best ways to empower the team to perform in their daily job
  • Help building processes and tools to maximize Sales' team efficiency through the Sales funnel and ensure adoption and absorption through tracking methods
  • Design & Implement new Sales onboarding programs. Partner with Sales Enablement Manager to deliver training to the Sales Team.

Sales performance

  • Dashboarding/Reporting
  • Help building and releasing Salesforce dashboards allowing all Sales Team members (SDR, KRM, Team Lead, Leadership) to track performance and know what levers to action in priority
  • Help building and releasing dashboards allowing Sales Performance and Leadership team members to surface productivity improvement margins
  • Team Support:
  • Be a privileged point of contact for the Sales Development Representatives and Key Retailer Managers team members, to collect and funnel their needs and maximize our tools and reporting's adoption
  • Help Sales Performance Manager in creating Weekly / Monthly Business Reviews content
  • Help in tracking sales effort & sales targets setup & followup
  • Data Analysis/Strategic orientations:
  • Deep dive Ankorstart performance through new angles of analysis and find areas of improvement to be communicated to the leadership team
  • Help analyzing and enhancing sales performance monitoring

The most important qualities to succeed in this role:

  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You're very analytical and rigorous (+ advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge)
  • You are curious, creative and have an appetite for discovering new digital tools
  • You like challenging status quo and willing to make proposals
  • You have a Retail orientation
  • Having a knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
