    Votre rôle sur le soutien technique

    Assistance de niveau 2 aux utilisateurs notamment Télévente et Service Client

    Traiter les demandes transmises par le HelpDesk N1 dans les délais impartis.

    Appliquer les bonnes pratiques de résolution des tickets

    Analyse et qualification des demandes : incidents techniques et applicatifs, demandes de services, d'évolution ou de changement

    Résolution ou orientation vers l'expertise de niveau supérieur et suivi de l'escalade.

    Capitalisation des solutions par la mise en place de procédures et l'actualisation de la base de connaissance

    Administration des demandes de services par la création / modification de comptes, profils, groupes de trafic, règles de routage, campagnes d'appels, ...

    Partage de ses connaissances et accompagnement de la montée en compétence des membres de l'équipe Télécom

    Relation et suivi avec le support des partenaires de téléphonie (incident, escalade, etc.)

    Votre rôle sur les projets

    Création de nouvelles campagnes d'appels et paramétrages associés

    Développement de script post-appels

    Evolution des SVI existant ou création de SVI

    Tests d'intégration avec le CRM Salesforce

    Vos atouts

    Connaissance technique et fonctionnelle significative des centres d'appels, entrants et sortants : SVI, CTI avec Salesforce, campagnes d'appels, compétences et groupes de trafic, enregistrements, supervision et statistiques

    Connaissance d'une solution Call Center du marché (idéalement Diabolocom, mais la connaissance d'une autre solution équivalente du marché est suffisante et une formation Diabolocom pourra être dispensée) :

    Création de scénarios

    Administration de la PF

    Création de Wallboard

    Utilisation des API Salesforce, Diabolocom ou autres.

    Maitrise des statistiques et du pilotage

    La connaissance de Salesforce et/ou de l'intégration CTI entre un outil de CRM et un outil « Centre d'appels » serait également un plus.

    Connaissance d'ODIGO serait un plus

    Savoir documenter et suivre les procédures internes ou consignes

    Capacité à prendre du recul pour évaluer la criticité pour l'utilisateur (interne et final)

    Capacité à être positif, à proposer des solutions, dynamisme

    Capacités relationnelles pour adapter son niveau de communication à l'interlocuteur

    Curiosité et adaptabilité pour monter en compétence sur de nouveaux périmètres

    Rigueur pour respecter les procédures
