Capsum, an innovative and key contract manufacturer within the cosmetics industry, is looking for a
Commercial Sales Assistant for the European market.

Under the supervision of the Head of Europe Innovation Sales (based in Paris) and as part of a international team of business developers, you will be the support to leverage the effectiveness of Commercial Innovation Sales department.


THE JOB

  • Report to the Head of Europe Sales / strategic accounts
  • Organize meetings, prepare agenda, followup of deliverables.
  • Support to Travel and field operations organisation.
  • Ensure that uptodate information is recorded.
  • Draft, send and followup of commercials documents (quotes, commercial offers,)
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of client portfolio management tools.
  • Update of sales statistics tables
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather market & customer information and providing feedback on trends

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B contract manufacturing and in Key Account management
  • BAC +2 (commercial)
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams
  • Able to establish a constructive and informative relationship with employees and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic phone & direct presence
  • Strong planning and analytical ability.
  • Flexibility to face planning requirements and lastminute unforeseen events
  • Excellent attention to detail and handson mentality
  • High level of personal integrity, initiative skills, openmindedness and ease of contact
  • Awareness on Beauty innovation & sustainable manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of beauty product development
  • English fluent
  • Microsoft office fluent : excel, word, ppt,

Passionate about skincare, makeup, hair care & clean cosmetics, with a positive attitude, you enjoy challenges and winning sales. You have strong networking skills, are a quick-learner and a go-getter. You are both a good communicator and a great listener Organization and adaptability are some of your strong suits
