We are looking for a
HSE Project Lead for one of our clients with the following details:

Service Location:

La Defense Paris, Tour CBX

RESIDENTIAL:
La-Defense with Home Working (2 day per week)

Start Date : 2 January 2024

Duration: 6 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

Advanced expertise in HSEQ and Operations (if possible previous experience with TTA)
Advanced expertuse in construction safety, preferably working with EPC contractors of the Renewables industry.
Expertise in communication at all levels (animation, trainings, presentations) with people on the field, as well as project teams and VPs.
Advance expertise of implementation pragmatically sustainable actions to improve HSE

Activities

Head of COMPANY Projects HSE in the COMPANY Projects Division:

Define the COMPANY Projects HSE roadmap, connected to the COMPANY business roadmap and COMPANY Central HSE roadmap,
Define in coordination with COMPANY Projects Management and COMPANY Central HSE the HSE objectives for projects under development and construction.
Lead the implementation & deployment in the affiliates and regions of the HSE development & construction standards developed by COMPANY Central HSE, adapting them to regional specificities when required.
Implement and deploy HSE Culture (Golden Rules, Stop Card, Award programs, EPC's monitoring etc.), ensuring the compliance with Company commitments across all development and construction sites
Share information and best practice across the affiliates and regions, ensuring a consistent roll out of standards and regular Return of Experience (REX), and participate in the development of HSE Development & Construction standards led by COMPANY Central HSE.

Implementation of COMPANY Projects HSE culture and standards:

Manage HSE for COMPANY Projects thanks to a coordinated action with regions and affiliates. For this purpose and relying on the regional or local HSE Managers, you assess the local situation and build actions plans in connection with the regions.
Lead and take HSE management responsibility for the projects not covered by regional or local HSE Managers.
Deploy COMPANY HSE training plan (related to Projects) for COMPANY Onshore Renewables Development & Projects local teams and monitor with HR and REN/HSE the execution of these training programs for the targeted population of COMPANY Onshore Renewables Development & Projects. Animate some training sessions (e.g HSE training for Solar construction/operation team)
Conduct regular and processed reviews, technical inspections / audits of the projects in development & construction.
Lead, review (and assist if necessary) accident investigation performed by local HSE
Deploy MAESTRO (Development & Construction Parts) according to COMPANY Central HSE Roadmap, and follow safety engineering with ONETECH, and Affiliates in Development parts.
Facilitate the interaction between the projects and security teams (as appropriate)

COMPANY Project HSE transverse role:

Responsible of HSE reporting for COMPANY Projects division and cascading HSE highlights to COMPANY Projects management and COMPANY Central HSE team. You will be expected to perform presentations regularly at the COMPANY Projects CODIR level. (typically every quarter) and COMPANY HSE (Monthly)
Assist the Project Developers in tackling HSE related topics and ensure HSE compliance is properly addressed in the investment files for CD COMPANY and CORISK/COMEX in Development Phases
Be the focal point for expertise on contractor HSE management, worksite safety and consolidate EPC HSE assessment program
Participate into ONE HSE COREX meeting on regular basis.

Manage hierarchical direct HSE team (2 positions Environment & 1 HSE Projects) based in Paris HQ office.
