YOUR REPONSIBILITIES:
As part of our strategy to strengthen our French M&A platform and in view of a fast-growing deal flow, the KCF M&A team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals to join our adventure.
- Actively engaging in both origination and execution phase ;
- Drafting compelling client presentations and transaction materials (pitch, teaser, information memorandum, etc.) ;
- Performing comprehensive financial modelling and company valuations ;
- Conducting indepth industry, company, and competitive analyses ; Coordinating and executing due diligence process.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Graduates from toptier business schools or engineering schools/universities ;
- 1 to 3year experience within M&A or relevant connected fields (PE, TS, audit, strategy consulting) ;
- Outstanding financial modelling skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities (both verbally and in writing) ;
- Highly organized and efficient, with ability to multitask ;
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines ;
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within an entrepreneurial team ;
- Fluency in French and English is essential, fluency in other languages would be appreciated.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
You will need a flexible and creative approach in order to flourish in our international environment and succeed with our diverse client base.
