Job Description:

Within Connected Home Division and inside the COO-PU Finance Team with a very fast changing environment, we are looking for a Finance Manager in charge of Extended Product Costs, managing 2 controllers based in France & Hong-Kong

The role is key for Finance Team and will be in charge of
- **Controlling of the Extended product Cost** of Connected Home Division (Product cost, Component cost, Warranty, Royalty, Logistic & Manufacturing costs)

  • Quarterly definition of standard cost by product (actual & forecast)
  • Ensure Financial data quality and consistency especially regarding product cost roadmap
  • Monitor gap, report performance and analyze results for Management (both finance and business)
  • Report Spend and Performance for each cost category
  • Followup Improvement plan on all cost categories (financial and operationally) and support various business partners.
  • Take over in direct the Logistic Controllling

- **Finance Operations*
  • Lead transformation plans regarding all the perimeters to improve finance operations
  • Development tool base and data driven approach of Finance
  • Continue the Digitalization of Reporting and PowerBi automatic reports implementation for the perimeter

- **Business Partnering*
  • Provide Strong Finance Support to Sourcing, Logistic, Manufacturing & Quality departments,
  • Act as finance solution owner in the context of the implementation / development of new tools (AGILE PLM for Sourcing, Kinaxis for Operations and Program Management)
  • Ensure communication to the full Division about the perimeter (product cost roadmap, improvement plan, etc )
  • Provide ad hoc support to Core Teams / Regional Business Centers on Cost topics
- **Manage a team of 2 people
(Sourcing/Logistic Controller and Royalty/Warranty Controller) + 1 intern**
Qualifications:
Skills expected

  • 5 to 8 years of finance experience with management of team
  • Experience in Cost controlling and in transforming environment
  • Strong PMO skills to lead projects and to manage indirect teams, including IT
  • Datadriven and strong agility with Excel & powerPoint
  • Experience with SAP / BW / PowerBi preferred
  • Strong analytic and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a small team with different time zone
  • Experience in industrial environment is definitively a plus
