| SUMMARY
We currently operate in 10 countries, and welcome more than 250,000 visa applicants each year.


As part of our development, we are looking to strengthen our Operation Department and are looking for an experienced
English-speaking Operations Supervisor, who is dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team.


The Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Operations Manager of the branch, to ensure the proper execution of the specifications and the expected quality of service.


| RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for:


  • Supervising all branch daily operations by:
  • Being in constant support of the team;
  • Solving problems independently and ensuring good continuity of operations;
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback.

Managing the liaison and relationship with the represented consulate / embassy when the Operations Manager is absent ;

Guaranteeing the performances of the employees by:

  • Monitoring and communicating operational key performance indicators;
  • Preparing and leading team meetings;
  • Guaranteeing the good organization of the teams in order to optimize operational efficiency;

Ensuring the well-being of operational teams:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager any issues that may affect employees.
